My name is Chris Chagnon, and I am passionate about making a difference in the world of small to medium sized business owners. Born and raised in Southern NH, I hold my Masters in Human Resources Management, and a SHRM-CP Certification. I have a strong background in Human Resources, with over 10 years of career experience.
Through my journey in Human Resources, I found it was imperative to all companies, not just the larger corporations. Lately, navigating through this crazy world, employers are faced with tons of challenges. Full-time HR does not make sense for all companies, and further tasks employers with that burden. I founded Innovative HR Partners to offer personalized and innovative ideas, and to tailor my skills to each client’s unique needs to help offset these problems.
